4th European Maritime Space Forum

On behalf of the European Coordinator for the European Maritime Space, Mrs. Gesine Meissner, we are pleased to invite you to the Fourth European Maritime Space (EMS) Forum.

The 4th European Maritime Space Forum brought together representatives from the European Commission, national authorities, ports, financial institutions and maritime stakeholders to discuss the implementation and future development of the European Maritime Space.

The forum provided updates on the EMS workplan and ongoing initiatives. There were updates from DG MOVE and the European Investment Bank, as well as presentations from beneficiaries of CEF Transport projects that support maritime digitalisation, connectivity and decarbonisation.

The event concluded with a discussion on upcoming EMS priorities and future activities, followed by a site visit to the Vassiliko Terminal in Zygi Port, offering participants a practical perspective on port infrastructure and maritime logistics in Cyprus.
